Project: Virtual Tours for 63 locations in the upper northwest of the US.
Vertical: Healthcare – Memory Care and Assisted Living
Objective: The Edgewood marketing wanted a national interactive, virtual tour supplier who could provide high-quality virtual tours with menu navigation systems each of their 63 facilities across 6 states in the upper north west.
Requirements for each location:
20 spins and 5 Point of Interest professional photographs
Edit, stitch and publish to Google Maps
Build up to 10 menu navigation system labels
Contact call to action buttons
Analytics
Results: Connects 360° (C360°) completed the photography phase of the project in 3 weeks of October, 2018 in order to finish before the winter snow.
Editing, stitching and publishing were completed within 2 weeks of approved photography.
Once uploaded to Google, C360° built the menu navigation overlay system in 3 weeks using the brand, logo and colors of Edgewood Healthcare new website. The project was completed in time within budget to the satisfaction of Edgewood Healthcare.
The entire project was launched with Edgewood’s
new website in January 2019.

Project: Virtual Tours for 20 locations in the Midwest.
Vertical: Retirement Homes
Objective: The New Perspective marketing team wanted a national interactive, virtual tour supplier who could provide high-quality virtual tours with menu navigation systems each of their 20 facilities across 4 states in the mid west. The purpose is to allow prospective customers to see inside the facility and view the special amenities the facility to increase their chance of a live tour.
Requirements for each location:
20 spins and 5 Point of Interest professional photographs
Edit, stitch and publish to Google Maps
Build up to 10 menu navigation system labels
Contact call to action buttons
Add provided video to one of the menu items

Results:
Connects 360° (C360°) completed the entire project in the summer and fall of 2017.
New Perspective added each virtual tour to the landing page of each community on the corporate website.
Since launch, the average virtual tour visits for each location is 500 per month.

Project: Virtual Tours for multiple ACE Hardware dealers in the DC Metro area.
Vertical: Retail
Objective: 8 Ace Hardware Retailers wanted to show prospective buyers to see inside their interactive virtual. The problem was too many prospective customers didn’t know the type of brands carried by each store. Customers also wanted to see the extent of what the store had to offer prior to visiting the store.

Results:
Each Ace hardware store embedded the C360° virtual tour to their website and social media.
Since launch, the average virtual tour visits for each location is 3,000 per month.

Project: WMATA Metro Station View
Vertical: Services
Objective: Metro has 91 rail stations which are among the most important and complex civic spaces in the Washington DC region. They are crucial to daily commutes, tourist visits, special event planning, and all emergency planning. They are complex, multilevel structures, some underground, some at grade, and some above-ground on bridges. To reduce the difficulties, WMATA has undertaken a pilot project to extend Google Street View into six downtown DC rail stations.
Requirements for each location:
Create an implementation plan and technical specifications for photographing on and creating street view of the six pilot stations
Obtain spherical imagery of all public paths within each of the pilot stations, including connections from the public entrances to the public streets
Create views for publication by Google that extend Street View into the six stations, with full Street View functionality.
Deliver all original photographs and panorama view of the images of the six pilot stations to WMATA
Results:
C360 successfully completed the project in March 2020.
